- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Zero star service and attitude frankly speaking. This morning I drove for 1.5hrs to the clinic for a consultation appointment with Dr. Wong. It's my first and definitely the last visit to the the clinic. I called in twice to check the consultation fees. I was informed by two different receptionists that the very first consultation will be free of charge but subsequent mole removal procedures and consultations will be subject to charges. As far as I am concerned, this is standard practice. However when I arrived at the clinic, I was told by a staff that the first consultation is not free of charge. The staff then spoke with the doctor who insisted on charging. Oh wells... very horrible experience.julnise hoSeptember 08, 2017
